Dispatch Fee: Free within Skokie, IL.
$5.00 per mile for locations outside of Skokie (calculated one-way from Skokie city limits to the pickup location).

Payment: A valid Credit/Debit Card is required on file to dispatch a driver.

Recovery & Winch-Out: Additional fees apply for vehicles requiring special extraction (e.g., stuck in a ditch, deep snow, mud, or off-road conditions). Fees are to be determined by the driver based on on-site conditions.

Cancellation & GOA Policy
Gone On Arrival (GOA): If the vehicle is not at the location upon driver arrival, or if service is cancelled after arrival, the Full Base Rate + Dispatch Fee will be charged to the card on file.
Cancellation: If service is cancelled after a driver has been dispatched, a non-refundable fee equal to the Dispatch Fee incurred will be charged.
